UNTAMED ———- SPIRIT
inspired by the girl with gumption
Our namesake, Minnie Westman, was the first woman mail carrier west of the Mississippi and a 19th-century maverick. This unsung heroine fearlessly rode horseback through the rugged mountains of Oregon to deliver mail to rural communities. Miss Westman charted her own path with determination and courage and reminds us that life is an adventure.
